Location: A short hike in lake located 20 km (12.5 mi) west of Port Alberni via Highway 4 and the Stirling Arm logging mainline to Nahmint Lake.

Mean Depth 19.1 m (62.64 ft) Max. Depth 42.7 m (140.05 ft)

Fishing Report: The best fishing occurs during May-June and September-October. The lake is renowned for its excellent rainbow fishing.

Nearby Lakes

Sproat & Maggie Lake - Sproat is a large nearby lake with good rainbow, cutthroat, coho and kokanee fishery throughout the summer. Provincial campsites, private resorts and boat launching facilities are located here. Maggie Lake is accessed via logging road southeast off of Highway 4, 22 km (9 mi) northeast of Ucluelet. Dolly Varden, char, cutthroat and rainbow trout are resident in the lake.
