Location: The lake is located in Strathcona Park and is accessed from the Forbidden Plateau/Mt. Washington ski areas by marked hiking trails.

Size 94.65 ha. (233.78 ac) Shoal 12.65 ha. (31.24 ac.)
Mean Depth 25.4 m. (13.12 ft) Max. Depth 84 m. (275.52 ft.)
Game Fish Rainbow Trout Fish Stocked Rainbow Trout
Angler Usage Low Elevation 1163 m. (3814.64 ft.)
Ice Over Late October to May T.D.S. 14 mg/

Fishing Report: The peak fishing period is from July to September when anglers can expect to catch good sized rainbow trout which are stocked regularly. This lake is just one of many in the area where rainbows are abundant.

Mariwood and McKenzie Lake - Mariwood and McKenzie Lakes are located nearby. Both are accessible by hiking trials and offer a rewarding rainbow trout fishing experience.
